Gala academy takes place in February, during the celebration of the Slovenian National Cultural Holiday (8th February), where Municipality of Zagorje ob Savi presents Dr. Slavko Grum Plaques and Dr. Slavko Grum Awards for special achievements in the area of culture and art.
