We start on the road Kotredež–Jesenovo, around 200 m from the exit for Klančiše. There is a wooden bridge over the Kotredeščica stream, which we cross. After a few minutes of walking, we get to a waterfall, which is completely dry for the most of the year. We ascend slowly by the stream, which we see from time to time. The path is easily seen and alternates between the left and the right side of the stream. After approximately 25 minutes, we turn left to an easily seen cart track, and we can spot a hunting tower above it. We stay on the cart track for a short time, until we reach an unpaved road from Jesenovo. At a curve, our path exits to the left and starts to ascend up the ridge to its highest point. We can extend the trip if we follow the ridge for a few more minutes. Next, we descend a little and arrive at a view point (rock), from where we can see the starting point of our trip and the neighbouring peaks Jelenk and Sleme, while further away, we can see Vinski vrh (Vine peak).
